"Thanks cousin," Aimee said with a grin, "but I really do need to get to class. And, it looks like I'm showing up in dirty scrubs and completely sober. I'm sure I'll be the example again." She rolled her eyes in exasperation. 'See you," She waved and jogged out of the room.

"I can think about slowing down when I get put into a residency program," Aimee said with a grin. "Last thing I want is a posting on a garbage scowl or a comm station."

This time Aimee blushed, "I don't know what to say doctor, but thank you. I am a long a ways from taking over though. I still have medical school and residency to finish."

"Welcome back to the land of the living, Cousin," Young Aimee said with a grin. "You had a blood clot on that we missed that broke off and went to your lungs causing a pulmonary embolism. You're lucky your wife was here."

"Yeah well, when it comes to her I keep rolling sevens," Ethan croaked.

"It goes nowhere," Aimee grinned. "The benefits of youth. I can eat whatever and not gain a pound.
