Villian Pub

Old enemies rear their heads, new threats make themselves known, and an old hub of craziness is the center of it all.

The Breen who had been silent spoke. The Founder nodded, and smiled. "Of course Thot Gen. We have promised Earth to the Breen, but I don't think there has been any agreement on how the leadership is... disposed of. What you ask for Lady Seig'Ajem is not only reasonable, but nessicary."

"What do the Breen want with Earth? Earth needs to be eliminated. Do you honestly think Terrans will just accept Breen overlords?" Victoria said with a raised eyebrow. "They are going to cause more trouble and you know any outside Terran colonies will probably attempt overthrow to get it back. We have entire sci-fi novels and movies and holodeck programs where that is the main plot of the story... and it never ends well."

Sitting upright after having a private conversation with Sela, Tessman spoke, "The Star Empire only wishes to unite with the Republic. The fate of Earth does not concern us, but we do agree that it would be unwise to hold Earth. As long as it remains it will be a base of opposition in the Quadrant. But, wiping it from existence will only serve as a rallying cry for humans across the galaxy. Eliminating the puppet Emperor and putting Lady Seig'Ajem in charge is the only reasonable option. Her leading the charge to restore Earth to humans will endear her to the planet. She can hold the former Federation as Empress."

Thot Gen spoke again.

The Founder looked surprised. "Is that what you want? The Dominion promised you Earth back in our first war."

They Gen spoke.

The Founder smiled and turned to Victoria, "The Breen have agreed to relinquish Earth to your rule."

"I truly was not planning on ruling Earth, but the Ajem do need an actual homeworld again and we can keep the population complacent." Lady Seig'Ajem said and nodded her head. "I would be willing to give the Breen the outlying colonies near Andor, we should keep the Terran borders as compact as possible. Enough to maintain shipping and off world commerce, yet small enough to keep them from getting too nosy." she chuckled mechanically. "Now Ferenginar... what about those slimy little bastards?"

"I would suggest eliminating them," Tessman said.

"If you can stand the rain, more power to you." Lady Sieg'Ajem said with a nod of her head. "The Ferengi... they are unnecessary. Let the Alliance or what remains of it after we're done manage the money, they seem to be good at that."

"Then it's settled," Weyon said with a grin and a slap of his hands. "Though we really have no intention of allowing the Alliance to remain. They would be too much of a nuisance. Of course the Dominion could administer that region if no one wants it. Now Lady Seig'ajem, I understand you are looking for your next apprentice? The last one had a fatal development of conscience."

Abby laughed, "You could call it that. Though she was an inherited problem. Fred's originally," she added.

"I would be fascinated in watching this process. Observer only of course. Would you be the next apprentice Ms. Porter?"

Abby laughed, "Like you, I cannot control the ijulna. I'm helplessly normal in that regard."

"Oh I would hardly call you helpless my dear Abbygale." She said as she looked at her partner. "I would rather have you at my side than at my throat someday." Lady Seig'Ajem looked at Weyoun. "I do have a few... possible candidates, it's a delicate balance between aptitude, passion and who won't immediately try to slit my throat once they feel I've outlived my usefulness. Would not be the first time I've had to find a new apprentice since I've taken up the role as a Master. Fred thought he was the one in charge, that was only because it suited my needs to allow him to feel like he was the lead. When he was younger, he had much more vigor and hardness in him. But like his hairline and waist size, that receded and turned soft."

Casually she slipped her hand under the table and took Abbygale's in a gentle hold. The past few months she has considered making their relationship more public, yet it did suit them both to keep it more secretive, was almost more fun as a game to see how far they could both take things without coming right out and saying they were lovers. It also helped keep each other from each other's enemies. They were simply close friends, with possible sexual overtones, but no one could really prove it and even if they did, the 'open minded' nature of society wouldn't really demonize them indulging now and again. Sitting at the negotiation table with her and the Dominion and she was holding her ground as she knew she would, Victoria knew that she had found the partner she had been looking for. Politically savvy and ambitious yet not so ambitious she would sacrifice what she wanted for short term gains.

Victoria smiled under her mask, "But I'd be happy to allow you to watch the vetting process, if you like watching sword play and 'space wizards' throwing things around with their minds."

Abby sat at the controls of Victoria's personal shuttle after their meeting with the Dominion. By her count the Breen, and Gorvan were for sure newly joined members. She thought she sensed that the Klingon delegate was leaning towards joining, and of course the Romulans were playing that one close to their chest.

That Tessman was a fascinating subject. She of course was a wanted war criminal for her governance of Talaria during the war. The German woman was as cruel as Tiberius or even Dominus, but vastly more calculating. That is probably why the racist woman had landed on her feet at the top in an alien government. Abby was also certain that Tessman despised her Romulan benefactors.

"You've been quite," she said looking up from the display at Victoria. "Penny for your thoughts?"

Victoria smiled softly and sighed. "Oh just thinking how utterly insane that the Dominion is trying to go about galactic domination all over again. I was there during the last Dominion War, they almost won then but that was only because Starfleet didn't have the stomach for the kind of war they were engaged in." she chuckled lightly. "But after the past five years, I have a feeling that it could be a rallying point that brings the other former Federation factions together. As a former master once told me, sometimes the best victories are those that only you know you won. In other words, you own them without them even really knowing it, but... you own them."

Swiveling her chair slightly to face Abbygale, Victoria cocked her head slightly. "May I ask you something? If this did go... as we are working toward. Where do you see yourself? You are probably the most ambitious woman I've had the good fortune to be involved with... I don't want to see you go unfulfilled."
