“Seems to be a situation men find theirselves in. Depending on the man it can be a bit annoying.” Kinsey said with a grin as she sipped at her brew. “What kind of things have you seen? I’ve seen things a few times out there. Things that were out of time. Things that later came true in some way.”

"I've seen things people wouldn't believe, not sure if I even believe some of it myself." Tali'Zorha said with a nod of her head. "Time is rather fluid with the Pit, I've seen things from the past, things from the future... at least I hope it was the future. A Xenex that was even more lifeless desert, and true lifelessness. The desert is more alive than people realize." she sipped her brew and looked at Kinsey with a bit more of a studying look. "You do look like we could be related. Why don't you tell me who and what you are... and I'll tell you if I saw something that sounds close to what you are..."

Kinsey ran her hand through her hair. If she told Tali the truth she could alter the timeline. But she knew first hand what the pit could show you and there was a strong possibility that Tali already knew. Time travel made her head hurt.

“I’m from the future and I’m pretty sure I’m your daughter.” Kinsey said after a deep drink.

"Now was that so hard?" Tali said with a wink of her eye. "I had a feeling that was the case... although what does make me a little... concerned, you didn't know who I was." she took a sip of her drink and then shook her head and downed the rest. "Then again, I'm pretty sure Korba's family would be oh so thrilled that he had a child with the 'crazy desert witch'. He was one of the only men I've ever met that didn't think I was unworthy of a little happiness. Still... it confirms that his family isn't going to be good with us being together. Gotta love the 'traditional way' of Xenex... should have seen the man I was arranged to be mated with. Whole reason I went into the desert, that and I could do this." she gestured and a disruptor on the wall turned into a small ball of metal. "And you are the first person I've met that isn't shocked by that."

Kinsey smirked as an empty bottle lifted into the air then fell to the floor as tiny grains.

“They’ve gotten stronger of late. I use to be limited to tiny sand devils and touch for mind reading. It took me longer to figure out I had that gift. I suspected when I was with Ker’ken.” Kinsey told her not realizing she’d slipped and reveal something from the future.

"Few truly understand people like us." Tali said as she held the empty glass in her hands. "Korba doesn't like it when I use my abilities, thinks that people will never truly accept me." she closed her eyes. "I've seen what's coming. The end of the world as he knows it. I really don't give a crap what anyone thinks about me. Their opinion won't really matter in the long run. Although you have helped me figure out one vision I saw. Watching a little girl, who I am suspecting is you, with Korba and another woman, both blaming me for something. Pit visions are always so confusing." she opened her eyes and looked at Kinsey. "When I saw you, I thought maybe I was seeing things, but I've seen you. As you are. With your mate with the strange accent. He is cute, does he think he's fooling anyone with his accent?"

Kinsey laughed softly, “He isn’t but it’s cute when he tries. I don’t mind...I love him. We have three children together and I suppose now we have two adopted children. It’s obvious now Keria isn’t my sister.”

[Tali’Zorha]

"No idea who that is, but it's likely..." Tali said softly. "Korba is supposed to be with another woman, at least that's why I think he's with me. He's trying to avoid it. Although I am sure in time he'll leave me. Or I'll leave him. Or there won't be a choice in the matter." she looked at Kinsey. "I've no idea why I was not a part of your life, at least that you knew of. Ker'ken... House Condacin... he's like two now. I think. I've never been good with guessing ages. Maybe he's older. Not a huge fan of them. Life is so much simpler in the desert, where no one wants to really bother you. Of course, where else am I going to get supplies, like clothes and such?"

Tali sat and used her telekinesis to pull another bottle from the shelf and used it to refill her glass and took a long drink. "I've seen the end of days of this planet and yet people still act like sand for brains over things that truly don't matter. Please tell me you aren't in politics. You seem to be too strong to behind a desk."

Kinsey laughed , “They wouldn’t want me to be and they try with the desk thing. Never works out.”

Kinsey took the bottle and refilled her glass.

“There is much I want to tell you but I can’t. I think I know how Carly feels sometimes.” Kinsey said taking a sip of her drink. “Carly is one of my adopted kids. It’s extremely complicated. But I know there are things she wants to tell me but she can’t. Which reminds me...when Jack finds out you know don’t be surprised if he asks for a blood sample or something. He’s a scientist and he’s been fascinated by something he found in my dna and our children’s. He’ll try to explain it but and you may not understand but Something about it turns me on.”

Tali laughed and nodded her head. "Or you know... if you could come back to this time... you could..." she bit her lower lip and shook her head. "No... I don't have the right to ask." she sighed. "You could find me, after I have you of course, which shouldn't be too much longer I'm sure. Korba and I have been positively insatiable. It doesn't take much for either of us lately." she put her hand on Kinsey's. "I have some very confusing visions. But I saw myself standing on a beach. Certainly is not Xenex. I may not have had you yet... but... Grozit... you certainly seem worth it. I never imagined grand children someday. I think if it were up to some people, they'd want me not to reproduce."
