"Would not be my first choice but I would rather survive. If that means working with them, secretly or otherwise, then that's on the table." Victoria said and sighed. "No sense holding onto the idea of control if we lose everything. Live to fight another day."

Abby nodded in agreement.

"Well, if shit hits the fan, you're welcome to come here. I'll give you both asylum. I only ask that if the reverse happens here, you do the same for me and mine." Marissa said.

"Of course, that's a given." Victoria replied and looked at Abbygale. 'As my lady always tells me, it's alliances like this that are the true power in the galaxy. Even stronger than the Iljuna."

"I believe it. Your partner is certainly a force to be feared in her own ways. She was there when Terra Alpha broke off, I half thought she'd be the first Vice President. Not that Romulan woman." Marissa said as she touched up her lipstick in the reflective surface of the window. "I did like her, she was blunt and direct and commanded respect. There needs to be more of us in positions of power now. The males have ruined things far too long, Empress Lei not withstanding of course, at least until she shed Tiberius. He laughed as he had my mother killed."

"It's a good thing he's dust now." Victoria said with a smile. "Just keep building what you're building here... as for Emperor Lei... if he gets out of hand. You'll have supporters."

"Tiberius is a Boy Scout compared to Dominus," Abby stated. "Tiberius was a madman, and so is Dominus, but the latter has powers thag make him very dangerous indeed. He also has an ally that isn't Julie, Bellatrix. She's cold. She's calculating, and she won't let emotion make her decisions for her. By every measure, she doesn't possess the shear power and skill of Dominus, but she has become a tempering agent to him, and that makes them very dangerous indeed."

"And a madman with a tempering agent... is a very very dangerous situation." Victoria said as she used the iljuna to take Marissa's lipstick and applied it to her own lips and put it back on the table. "He's focused, he's got actually capable goons working for him, when they set out to do something, it succeeds. These aren't the same idiots Jackson or the Imperium once used. They're almost... zealots for his cause."

[Abbygale Porter]

"Don't forget the rumors that Bellatrix is pregnant," Abby added. "I don't know exactly what that means, but I doubt that it's a good thing."

"I would be concerned... if she's carrying Dominus child... then again, I never saw her actually 'carrying' anyone's child. Probably has a surrogate carrying the bastard." Victoria said as she put her hands on her hips. "We need to be cautious, Bellatrix and her cadre of Ajem'dasis are quite a bit more ruthless than our's, this isn't their reality, they could give two craps about what collateral damage they inflict. We, on the other hand, still have to live here."

"That's a scary thought. and it's well known that Bellatrix has no desire to remain in this reality."

"And if it's making us quake just a bit in our Jimmy Choos... then you know it's something." Victoria said as she looked at Abby. "Neither of us are prone to being fearful of anything. It's very hard to find leverage or negotiate with nihilists. Especially those that don't care about what they leave behind in their wake. Each of the worlds they have essentially killed, it all happened in under an hour. I mean... at least leave some population for their own needs... nope."

"That's why if they come and we can't stop them before they get here. I am thinking we start evacuating as much as we can. Can't rule anyone if there's no one or no place to rule." Marissa said and sighed heavily. "Look at us, three women who have never let anyone put fear into us and we're bloody terrified. Again this is proving why I do not want royal family serving, look at the Ryders... almost the entire line was cut down in one fell swoop. That can't happen again and it sure as hell will not happen to what remains of my family."

"The next question is why Dominus would attack Earth. It's no longer the center of power. That falls to Terra Alpha... Though the destruction of Earth leaves no place for Terra Alphans to flee to when he does decide to attack."
