Bellatrix sat casually in her seat next to Dominus. Her left leg draped recklessly over the armrest, and her chin resting upon her right fist, whose elbow was supported by the opposite armrest.
Aiko approached Bellatrix and kneeled before her in a flurry of black robes. She extended in both hands, and silver and black kliden, which Bellatrix causally used the ijulna to bring the weapon to her.
Bellatrix examined the weapon critically. "A weapon of the Ajem'dasis," Bellatrix stated. "No longer a toy. No longer an acolyte's weapon." Bellatrix pressed the thumb switch and a single crimson blade extended, and it hummed like a hundred angry wasps. "A perfectly set crystal, and it has already attuned itself to you I see."
Bellatrix slid gracefully out of her seat, which was a feat in itself considering how she had been sitting. "An oath is meaningless for an Ajem. Your loyalty is your skill. Once you have nothing more to learn from me it is your obligation to take my place. That is the way of the Ajem. The strong take their place, and the weak shall perish. Rember the rule of two. The Jase'dasis can have many, but our lust for power and strength will create chaos, and our eventual extinction. Rise Lady Thade, dark lord of the Ajem'dasis." Bellatrix flipped the handle of the kliden and handed it back to her apprentice.
Thade bowed her head and drew her hood over her face and accepted back her kliden and clipped it to her belt. "What is thy bidding master?"
"Go to Terra Alpha alone, and bring me back the head of my former apprentice. Do what you will with her new benefactor. I would expect the death of Mrs. Talon to likely leave her husband a wreck, which could be quite beneficial to our purposes."
