"I'm not about to let you get captured again. Although I have been thinking that I want to sample your voice a bit, see if we can't... play with her." Angel said with a smirk. "That voice you use when you're mad at Aimee is about the same as Bellatrix's normal voice."

[Becky Sandoval]

"Aimee's an adult, but she's also an O'Shea." Becky laughed at Angel, "Everyone blames the Sandoval in us, but we're more like grandma. Pig headed and opinionated. It's what makes us good CO's, and horrid mothers, daughters, and sometimes friends.

"Look, we need to stop the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. What is one life in exchange for an entire planet? What if their next target is Xenex? Talaria? Earth? Terra Alpha? Hmm? We need intell. We need their location. But, if we ignore an opportunity to save lives, isn't that blood on our hands as well? If we sit by and do nothing when there is an opportunity are we not just as guilty as them?"

Becky sucked in air to fill her lungs, and clasped her hands together to steady them from shaking, and not caring that Angel could see it. "I KNOW her! I know her because she is me. If she hasn't already killed the Admiral it's because she needs something from her. She needs nothing from me, and she will kill me. I have cheated death. I'm alive today when I shouldn't be. These past few years have been the best of my life, and now I get to chose how I die. Now, I have the opportunity to return the favor you people have given me.

"I have a plan. I can assimilate one of your A.I.s. I think I can make that happen and your A.I. can act as a new Queen of the hive... and when Bellatrix captures me I assimilate her, and you know everything she knows."

"That is actually a rather good plan... but you sacrificing yourself... no no no no... that will not do at all. BUT I like the concept." Roger said as he brought up a holographic display and began working on it with a very arcane dead looking language as the interface. "The AI assimilation... that is brilliant... simply brilliant. NOW... instead of you assimilating Bellatrix... we create our own drone using your physicality as the interface. Simply put, you're driving a simulation of yourself, with whatever load out of kit you may need. Then we assimilate Bellatrix and find out what she knows. Granted we know one thing, she has a far more conquering spirit. The last time I encountered that... they said 'Resistance is Futile."

"That is where we take a page from Admiral Janeway," Becky said with a smirk. "We can insert a corrupted algorithm into the assimilation subroutine. Neuro interface is one of the first things that is constructed during assimilation. We can corrupt how the cortical node is built making it nonfunctional and effectively killing the Pale Horse before she could do any damage, but after we know her secrets. My only concern is the deployment. She's highly adept in the ijulna. I'm not sure an A.I. would fool her enough for us to get close enough to inject her with nanites."
