"Maybe... I don't know." Tali said as she backed against the wall of the Turbolift. "I couldn't read her because we had the psi blockers up to the max setting." she kept shaking her head. "I just couldn't believe it. I have lived through so many realities with so many horrid, wretched versions of her and Jack, I was so happy when I finally FINALLY met the 'good' versions of them. But perhaps it was too much to think that this reality was any different. It seems that the default is utter and complete megalomania and sadism. M'k'n'zy... please PLEASE promise me that you'll stay as you are. I need at least ONE good version of someone." she looked in her eyes."I can't take another reality where I'm treated like I was on the others because I dared to defy them."

“I promise. That is as long as you keep your hands off my mate.” Mac joked and sighed heavily. “You know I’m almost not surprised by her part in this. Not after having K’n’zy in her head but Jack. I just. That I really don’t get. Something had of happened and I want to be hopeful. That maybe they were brainwashed. But I can’t. I don’t know.”

"Hence why we are drinking." Tali said and sighed heavily. "I need to just numb this. You didn't live through what I lived through for decades. Especially once K'n'zy started to learn her powers and then who do you think they wanted to... breed with? Thinking they could make more." she pointed to herself. "So many despots. I really hoped this reality was different. Was this why your father brought me back? So I could see what this reality would do to them? To you kids? I'm not going back to Joe's, I'm going to see about getting something closer to the Compound, if your parents are a lost cause, then I'll try to be there. Although I do like Jon and Bella and your little counterparts seem to like them too. Although I am positive Alex's first word is going to be 'fuck'? K'n'zy's was... the rough equal in standard to 'fight me'."

Our parents helped raise Bella and for all her rough edges she’d a good person. We need to know what happened. May Nick can get something out of her. They were always close.”

Tali nodded her head. "And he's thickheaded enough to push through whatever they did. At least the Alpha Section secure facility will be a safe enough place to get more out of her, but I always got the impression that she would open up more to him than any of us." she ran her hands through her hair and groaned. "And why did I feel Korba? I haven't felt him like that in... more than two decades."
