[Tali’Zorha]

"I say if he comes back, enjoy yourself. If something comes up, then explore a little." Tali said as she leaned on the car and looked at the safe house. "There are some beautiful cycles in the shed behind Joe's that you can borrow. If you want to get a little wind in your hair. I'd give you this, but it's borrowed."

[Liara]

“Did you borrow it or steal it?” Selene inquired with a skeptical look.

[Tali’Zorha]

"Why Selene... would you think I would actually steal a car?" Tali laughed and cocked her head. "I think it's one of Kinsey's. I wish you could have met her... before she evolved."

[Liara]

“Is she really that lost Tali?” Selene inquired gently. “My whole life has been full of death and for the most part I enjoyed it. Yet you’re here telling me I deserve better. I deserve to entertain the idea of a life with Cross. Maybe you shouldn’t give up on your daughter I think she’s more deserving of your hope then I am.”

[Tali’Zorha]

"She blew up planets, entire planets Selene. I don't think your death toll comes close." Tali said as she ran her hand through her hair. "Maybe we can redeem her but I don't know. I mean... she's the product of me fucking a higher plane being almost on a Q's level. I'm still trying to wrap my head around that."

[Liara]

“Look at me Tali.” Selene said sternly. “You were a prisoner of Dominus’s son and you know what that family is capable of. She was a tool. ‘Do this or else’. I know a thing or two about what or else can be. Or else can be a very strong motivator to do very terrible things. She is your daughter and you fought to damn hard to get back to her to just give up on her. And so what you screwed a higher being. I bet the sex was good.”

[Tali’Zorha]

"Oh it was literally mind blowing." Tali said with a smile. "And you're right..." she sighed and shook her head. "I just don't know how to fix it. But perhaps there is a way I haven't discovered yet. I do worry about them. Their inhibitions about right and wrong pretty much gone. For now though, it's best that they went somewhere and did not tell us. You or I would probably be ordered to kill them. I know that Mac is pretty much heartbroken over her parents." she looked at the sky. "I would rather see you find some measure of happiness that I know I'm not really going to see in my own family. You're probably the only person that really understands and my closest friend."

[Liara]

"More than likely I would besides Price doesn't strike me as a person to be so cold hearted and I wouldn't let you do it." Selene replied and smirked. "Now shut up I'm the only one who gets to be pessimistic, remember? This positive attitude and peep talk thing is suppose to be what you do."

[Tali’Zorha]

Tali laughed and smiled at that. "Yeah you do the pessimistic worrying thing far better than I do. I guess I'm still recovering from all that. Maybe I need this date with Joe more than I realize." she gestured to the car. "C'mon let's get you checked out and get something to eat. Pretty sure once she's poked and prodded you, you could do with a drink or two. Do you need anything for the apartment? I know Cross brought you clothes and such, but I know I stripped the place of what little I had since the apartment they gave me at the Compound was basically empty. Security thing, they try not to leave anything anyone previous had left in case it's a trojan horse or something."

[Liara]

“Right now I think I’m good. I’ve never needed much anyway.” Selene said as she got in the car.
