[Clint Cross]

"Casual... right." Clint said with a chuckle as he closed his door. "Well, let me tell you... I'm going to be more honest with you than most people are with you... but I fully intend to continue to attempt to romance you. You're worth it. Even if others told you that you weren't or aren't capable of it."

[Liara]

“I’m going to need a life preserver...for all the sap.” Selene teased and laughed. “That was a terrible joke.”

[Clint Cross]

"Hey you made a dad joke..." Clint chuckled. "Yeah we get a bit sappy... but well... life's a bit too short sometimes to not say what's really on our minds. If I learned one thing this past year, it's never to let things go unsaid." he put his hand in her's. "Can't promise you that anything's going to be 'easy' or 'safe' but it'll be fun and we're in this together."

[Liara]

"No one can promise safe and nothing in my life has ever been easy." Selene said as she squeezed his hand. "But fun...fun I can do."

[Clint Cross]

"Then fun we will do." Clint said as he looked into her eyes. "Three days of unstructured free time... this'll be interesting. Not having to go into the office or run a mission... whatever will we do with our 26 hours day?"

[Liara]

“Try not to get hit by cars.” Selene said with a laugh as she pulled him onto the side walk and kissed him. “If you want to be sappy don’t do it in the middle of the road.”

[Clint Cross]

"I knew it was coming..." Clint said with a smile and held onto her hands. "But I will try to restrain myself. Course there was that old Beatles song 'Why Don't We Do It in the Road..."

[Liara]

Selene laughed, “I don’t have a death wish and I also prefer soft sheets over filthy pavement.”

[Clint Cross]

"Yeah, tried to suggest a garage once, but I got this look of 'you do realize we can just beam to our bedroom right now... '" Clint laughed and shook his head. "Cooler, smarter heads prevail more often than not. Jason and Kassie... I've caught them behind Joe's so many times, we moved the dumpsters and the fences around them so it gives them a bit of privacy." he rolled his eyes. "That's what's kind of funny on this planet, for all the prudes, there are plenty are not at all ashamed. Couple years ago, there was such a baby boom, I swear the population tripled. Still, that's a good sign. Means people feel like despite it all, they feel safe enough here. Or we're a planet of horndogs."

[Liara]

“Maybe a bit of both.” Selene offered. “I know sometimes I can’t keep my hands off you. I’m blaming your augmentations though or maybe I’ve just been that repressed. Oh! Or maybe...you’re just that good I can’t get enough.”
