“Coffee sounds wonderful and I should thank Joe for those strawberries and wine. Maybe see if he needs help with something. If I have to stay here all day, I’ll go crazy.” Selene said as she watched him. “And Clint…you can come back tonight. Provided your daughter doesn't kill you.”

[Clint Cross]

"Well I'll have to remind her who the parent is... even if she IS a former President." Clint said with a wink. "Besides... at least I'm seeing someone that well... isn't THAT far removed from her mother. Besides, I DO have a type and there aren't many redheaded female assassins who can keep up with me." he put his arms around her and smiled. "Told you I'm not a one hit wonder... at least in bed. In the field. On the other hand, one shot's all I need."

[Liara]

“And you do have impeccable aim.” Selene added with a blush and shook her head. “What did you do to me Cross? I swear if you betray me, I’ll enjoy destroying you.”

[Clint Cross]

"Oh I would never do that. Trust me we'll have fun together." Clint said as he slid into his shoes and checked his hair in the mirror. "That is if you consider going after Scions of Sol goons and Ajem'dasis acolytes fun. Which I personally do."

[Liara]

“Scions? I thought you said Jackson wasn’t a player.” Selene inquired with a raised eyebrow.

[Clint Cross]

"Dominus, his father, took over his organization." Clint rolled his eyes. "Jackson was pretty much screwed out of it by his father, who then raped and tortured my daughter Solara. Branded her with little 'D's all over her body. Yeah needless to say, there's a really really nasty arrow in my quiver with his name on it. Kind of the reason why she's gone off to points unknown with Kinsey's best friend Jonas. I'm guessing they're mated now or whatever Xenexians do, maybe knocked up. Promised we'd give them space." he sighed. "But... yeah... things are not exactly 'good' in the galaxy at the moment. Especially since we've got murderous space wizards in the mix."

“Murderous space what?” Selene said, confused. “Never mind you can tell me tonight. Bring food and you can debrief me. Right now…you are officially late I think.”

[Clint Cross]

"Yes I am." Clint said and tapped his watch. "Iris... beam me to the Compound, dining room if you can." he said with a half smile.

"I can beam you into the dog house... but I'll get you into the foyer outside the dining room. Isabella is quite... perturbed." IRIS replied.

"Whatever, just get me there." Clint ordered. "I'll see you tonight... " he said with a smile as he beamed out of her apartment into the Presidential living room.

"Wow... an hour late for breakfast... usually you're early dad.' James said as he walked in and cocked his head. "Bella was almost ready to have us hunt you down, you didn't answer the comms at home or your office."

"I was meeting with a new agent, lost track of time." Clint replied and walked into the dining room with James in tow. "Hey Bella... sorry I'm late, lost track of time."

[Isabella price]

“Oh thank god!” Bella said as she looked up from a mixing bowl. “James has been trying to call you. Jon was going to call Eli. Stop not answer your comm it’s freaking me out.”

[Clint Cross]

"Sorry... like I said, just lost track of time with the new agent." Clint said as he gave her a hug. "You aren't getting rid of me that easily."
