"Oh I wouldn't dream of doing anything without your consent. Yes, I have evolved." Noonian said as he handed her a card. "My person comm frequencies and my office number."

"Are we at the handing out business card stage already?" James said as he reached into his jacket and pulled out his own. "Just call before you arrive at the Compound... there's still a few Secret Service agents who get all twitchy around anyone that looks like you. I think Selene kicked their asses at some point when she was mind controlled or something."

"You have business cards?" Selene ask James with a small smile as she took it. "And is that a hint of disappointment in your voice?"

"Usually that's the point in a meeting when people are ready to leave... sometimes." Noonian said and put his hand on James's back.

"I won't lie, I really missed my mom... and Selene was as close as a mom as I ever really had. Course Kinsey was a very close second, she's the one that took me from Earth, well, I didn't really give her a choice. Us clone kids weren't really treated as much more than minions under Julie Lei's Imperium. But Clint and Selene adopted me, officially. Which is good because it would be super weird to be dating my 'sister'." James replied with a smile. "I know you aren't her, but... I think you also need friends, so... if you ever need to just talk or need some intel on someone. Call. Any time. Although Mac might tag along. She likes hanging out with Clint anyway."

"They are an extraordinarily compassionate group... more than people like us sometimes deserve." Noonian said and smiled slightly. "So, any plans today? Or are you and Clint going to be... busy?" he cleared his throat.

"Dude! They're still early stage dating... and one Kaitlyn is plenty." James laughed. "She's in the 'breaking stuff is fun' phase. Poor Coulson tries his best to distract her. Coulson's the dog. Big dog. Kaity can ride him."

"Nora tries... I do not allow her... last time she tried I had to reset her arm." Noonian cleared his throat. "Your natural balance she doesn't have... yet."

[Liara]

"Tali wanted to take me out later." Selene said with a shake of her head. "I'm not sure what Clint has planned and apparently I need to see a doctor I can trust."

"My mother in law is well versed in our physiology and she has a wonderful bedside manner." Noonian said and tapped on his PADD. "Give her a call sometime. Plus, she has studied you in the past and... helped perform the post mortem. I made sure to take detailed scans of Selene in case anything came up with Kaitlyn and Bella... or if we encountered someone like you. I... still have her in a special crypt below AlphaTek tower. Most of our kind have to be cautious what happens to our bodies. As what happened to Selene a few years back, she was captured and nearly drained of all blood, which was used to create thugs. Our blood and our genetic material is highly dangerous in the wrong hands."

"So I've heard." Selene said and looked over at James. "Can I trust her?"

"Doc Tess is great... entirely." James said and took a sip of his coffee. "Although Noonian's a pretty good doctor too."

"What daughter wants their father treating them..." Noonian replied. "Especially for... other issues."

"Ah so that's why Natalia sees someone else." James nodded his head.

"As they say, Bingo." Noonian replied. "No rush though, enjoy the day with Tali. I'm sure she'll be a bad influence on you."

"Well technically you aren't my father." Selene pointed out. "But if James trusts this Tess then I'll have Clint take me."

"Oh you'll love seeing my mother." Natalia said as she and Clint rejoined the group. "I love her new office, but yeah... it's a little weird, especially when it's a female issue... course, she did deliver our daughter." she took Nora and gave her a hug.

"Yeah Doc Tess patches up pretty much everyone." Clint said as he sat down and adjusted a new pair of glasses. "I dunno what do think of these? I'm used to wrap around tactical glasses. These are like... fashion glasses."

"BUT they'll give you a full tactical HUD, tricorder function, protected data display and chemical and bio analysis readings." Natalia said with a broad smile. "You were the one who was complaining about agents losing tech and having to remotely destroy it. This should resolve that and the chip in your ear will basically turn them into a simple pair of barely reading glasses once they're off your face."

"Kinda itches." Clint muttered.

"It goes away. Noonian's been wearing his for almost a month." Natalia said as she gestured to him.

"I do like them. Took a little getting used to. Even if I feel like a lab tester." Noonian chuckled.

"Well you are, that's what family does. We lab test each other's stuff... besides, the civilian model will be launching in a couple weeks and I want to make sure these pass every kind of scenario. Given that we can also blast info to wearers in an emergency might help save some lives. Not everyone takes the time to answer a comm, but if they see an alert on their glasses, they'll look. When the Scions attacked an emergency alert was sent out. Never know if Dominus is going to attack Terra Alpha... even more so now since Kinsey and Jack took off." Natalia sighed. "Trying to keep people safe."

“They’re attractive at least.” Selene informed Clint matter of fact as she picked up the three trackers and handed them to him. “Here souvenirs.”
