"Just waiting for..." he said as he watched them inch closer to the cut off point. "Now!" he slapped the control on his hip and the internal force fields deployed and the sound of the interlocks and blast doors dropping could be heard. "Okay we can breathe for a moment." he reached into his lab coat and pulled out a multi tool and opened up a wall panel. "In twenty seconds... I would suggest holding onto something because we'll be free floating. Kinsey... Khan... you got an active comm line to the Tigris? Because they're going to need to lock onto us, I only give this trick about a minute or two before they figure out how to fire on something that's floating 20 meters from the station."

[Livvy Sandoval]

"Uh-oh... My... uh zero G training at the Academy didn't go so well," Livvy said truning green. "It didn't go well for my classmates either..."

[Black ANGEL Alpha]

"Just pretend you're swimming." Kirby said with a smirk. "Don't let the thought that you're floating throw you off, you're swimming in air instead of water. All the fun of taking a dip in the ocean without the seaweed. I am pretty sure if you grew up with MY Livvy, she taught you to swim. Ryder girls are like practically born in the water."

"That didn't work the last time either," she said with a frown.

[Khan Noonian Singh]

Khan rolled his eyes and took the girl by the wrist and tapped a few pressure points on her forearm. "There. That should keep the green at bay." he gave her a smirk. "Imagine being on an early Earth space vessel with dodgy as hell artificial gravity... you learn very quickly how to find the right pressure points to keep from vomiting in an enclosed space."

"Despot no longer apparently." Jack said with a smile.

"Oh I am still a despot when I want to be." Khan replied. "When I need to be."

"I already know you are an utter badarse Uncle Noonian. At least you aren't the one that sounds vaguely Latino like our reality's Khan." Jack said with a nudge.

"I... did speak like that. I tried very hard not to sound Indian or British but in my reality I hid out in this face and took on a far more English personality. I had... and still have a deep attraction to redheads." Khan whispered. "Just as you have with Xenexian women with weapons fetishes. I am simply amazed how many weapons your wife has on her person at this moment."

"You'd think so wouldn't you," Livvy said still feeling sick.

"One way or another it will come out in the wash," Ja'larin said. "And, Kahn be thankful she has them. They've come in handy."

"Christmas bloody came early to mama that's for sure. Felt good to give them wicked fiends a taste of their own medicine," Ashley added curtly as she pushed away from the ceiling to rejoin the group. What the bloody hell?" She pointed at a panel displaying a bridge."

"Grandma!" Livvy exclaimed momentarily forgetting her woes.

Rebecca hid her shock, "Jack your father is here. Marines should be to your location shortly. The station is slightly out of temporal sync. I'm technically talking to you from the past. We're going to use transport enhancers to compensate for the variance. I trust you know how to do that. Oh, I'm sure your father wants to say something."

"Oh I'm sure he will." Jack said with a smirk as he made adjustments. "I had a feeling about the temporal sync, you don't travel though time as much as I have without having that feelin' in the pit of your gut when things are out of sync... send the Marines, sooner we get these people off this section of the station, the safer we'll all be."

[Nick Ryder]

"You're doing pretty well as a rescue leader there." Nick said as he stood over Becca's shoulder. "Dominus thinks he's still winning..."

"He isn't... not once we're done." Jack replied. "Been a while since we've had a proper heroic mission like this."

"Don't get cocky kid... just because you've got Danger Girl Calhoun at your side." Nick teased

[Rebecca Talon]

"It ain't over until it's over, but you have some good tools at hand," Rebecca said. "Use them wisely. And it looks like we have a long list of introductions when this is all over. I wasn't expecting to be a grandmother for a few more months."

[Jack Ryder]

"I know how that is... I'm probably a grandfather again m'self." Jack replied. "I'm suspecting my adoptive daughter slash sister in law is pregnant with my nephew's child. You're still too young and pretty to be a grandma Aunt Becca."

"He's nervous about something." Kirby said with a wince. "He doesn't flatter like that unless he's trying to stall for something."

"What dad said... about Tiberius thinking he's winning... Becca, scan the station, who is he with?" Jack asked as he looked at Kinsey. "I have a hard time reading him and the thoughts of those immediately near him, but I keep sensing something familial near him."
