"Oh aye?" Kat said amused. "It's bloody taking everything I got to hold myself t'gether, and not fall apart into a million wee pieces."

[Trinity Talon]

"You know I am here for you. You've proven yourself to me and I've proven myself to you. If you need to have a little break down and cry session now's the time." Trinity said with a soft smile. "I'm due for one myself... but I'm still running on adrenaline and... maybe you could take the first sleep shift, I only sleep like 2 hours a night."

[Kat Donovan]

"Nay lass. Get some sleep aye?" Kat gave her a grime smile, and turned to check on the babies, and then circled the house making sure it was secure.

And then it struck her. A sinking feeling in the pit of her stomach. "There are Ajem on the planet."

[Trinity Talon]

Trinity groaned and rolled her eyes. "Do you think they would sense us?" she closed her eyes and shook her head. "One night, that's all I ask..." she chuckled nervously. "Guess we can sleep on the shuttle. There are some more supplies we can take with us and use the site to site transporter."

[Kat Donovan]

"No, we stay here. At least for tonight," Kat replied. "Being two of only a handful of humans on this planet, they will find us soon enough to be sure, but if we start moving it will pinpoint them to us."


She drew her klidens, and inspected them before replacing them. She had even considered selling the red one. It no longer represented her. Maybe it never did. Violet are more apt. A blending of both her good, and her evil.

"We'll use the traffic and crowds to get you and the bairns off the planet in the morning."

[Trinity Talon]

"Yeah, hide in plain sight." Trinity said and nodded her head. "Alright, so let's both attempt to relax, so we're not drawing any more attention to ourselves, not use the iljuna, in case they're incredibly sensitive. " she sniffed her pits. "I think maybe I'll take a quick sonic shower before I call it a night. At least the scars on my back have healed well enough that showering with either sonics or regular water don't send me into the roof. That was the only upside to those slave girls that Bellatrix had on the ship, they were very careful with them. I wish we could have saved some of them too, although many were so far gone mentally, I doubt they could readjust to being free. How about you Kat? You think you can adjust to life outside of Bellatrix's orbit?"

"I dinae ken lass," Kat said truthfully. "Violence is all I've known. I have despised it, but it was survival. I first I told myself, if not me, then someone else. Someone else who bloody enjoyed hurting." She shrugged, "I'm damned lass. Damned and likely irredeemable. My sins greter than those of Bellatrix, and Dominus. The only thing I can do is to try to make it a better universe. Help folk ya ken. Not for me, but for them, and maybe they won't find themselves in the same place."

[Trinity Talon]

"I dunno Kat... I think you're far less damned than Dominus and Bellatrix. You're changing. For the better I might add." Trinity said and pulled out one of the new long t-shirts from the bag of clothes she bought. "Remember, I'm true to my word, I will help you find your place on Terra Alpha. As far as I am concerned you're my sister. We're equals in this, none of this master and apprentice stuff, just two women trying to make a difference and save some lives."

"Nay lass. I didn't change, just got tired of pretending. An, that's the problem. I alllowed evil to flourish. I helped it, and aided it. I have the blood of hundreds on me hands. Maybe even millions. I am just as culpable as Hermann Göring, Mildred Gillers, or Josef Mengele. I was Bellatrix's enforcer lass. I am no good. I'll get you ta safety, and the bairns, but I am a dead woman. It's just a matter of time."

[Trinity Talon]

"You are." Trinity said as she cocked her head and looked at her. "We'll have to do something about that. I'll be honest, these children are more important than we are. They could affect the balance of power." she looked at her reflection in the mirror. "We may both be dead women and perhaps we should let it happen. I can't believe I'm even considering this... given that it was such a point of contention with my grandfather and grandmother faking deaths, but... in the grand scheme, we're nothing to anyone. Okay so you WERE a killer. You're working on redeeming yourself. So... perhaps Kat Donovan and Trinity Talon need to die so we can actually live. Otherwise Bellatrix and Dominus will hunt us down until we're well and truly dead and then go after innocents. The kids, my husband, my family anyone that helped us."

Trinity sat down on the edge of the couch. "I'm not completely innocent either. But the last thing I want is to hurt my family and my Corps. The Marines... they're a strange bunch but one thing that is a key hallmark... they're loyal to each other, always faithful. We lost good men and women before I was taken." she looked at her biomechanical hand. "I can't lose more of them because of me. I happen to know a good facial re constructionist. New faces, new names. Just blend in and be nobodies until Dominus and Bellatrix are dead and no longer a threat."
