[Ophelia]

"Then you've been missing the point of being a psionic... you have to let go your physical form." Ophelia said and crossed her arms. "Then you have ten minutes and you get re-numbed afterward. Unless you want to 'exercise' her father."

"No... I've had quite my fill of K'n'zy's to last me a life time... last one bit a finger off." Dominus said with a shake of his head. "And a nipple."

"As if you REALLY needed that nipple." Ophelia teased. "Very well... you have ten minutes to kill every last one of them and level their outpost."

Kinsey mentally rolled her eyes at them. They were going to make her sick.

“Okay ten minutes. Whole base and everyone. Can we get on with this?” Kinsey said sounding impatient.

[Ophelia]

"As you wish." Ophelia said as they rolled Kinsey into an airlock with large windows. Injecting her with the antidote to the numbness and then leaving the room, Ophelia took no chances. Remotely deactivating the bonds on her chair and deactivating the blocker, she let Kinsey stand up. "Nine minutes fifty seven seconds." she said with a smile. "Whole base, everything, leave nothing alive. You make this happen... you actually get to eat tonight."

Thoughts slammed into Kinsey’s mind the second the neural blocker deactivated. It through her off balance and she gripped hard onto the chair for balance as she gripped the side of her head. She could hear Ophelia counting the time down, but she didn’t know if it was in her mind or if it was out loud. Dominus despite saying he wasn’t interesting in K’n’zy he was still curious.

“Shut the fuck up!” She yelled at the them and slammed her walls shut.

She had to focus Xenex was depending on her. With Jack gone and Selene the kids would have gone to Xenex to Zeke and Kara. They’d be safe there now. She’d do this and Dominus and Ophelia couldn’t touch them. Screw everyone else they knew what they were getting into.

“Focus Calhoun.” Kinsey whispered to herself as she closed her eyes and took a deep breathe.

When she opened her eyes again she focused them on the planet’s surface and cleared her mind. Slowly, she lowered her walls searching for the minds of the Brethren. She wasn’t sure what she was looking for. Hell, she wasn’t even sure it would work.

Kinsey stepped closer to the airlock door her eyes narrowing in on the planet. Then just there she felt it. Her eyes slipped shut as she slipped into the mind of one of the Brethren. It felt like sluggish like walking in a swamp. It didn’t matter she didn’t need to read him she just needed to see where he was and how many there were.

They all seemed to be grouped together preparing for something though she couldn’t tell what. Honestly, she didn’t really care she hated them. They attacked her planet and they destroyed Thessia.

Their suits had thermal regulators that controlled their internal temperature it was why their suits were hot to the touch. Using her hosts eyes, she picked a Brethren, focused on him and dialed up his suits regulator causing his suit to explode. She grinned as all of their suits started to explode turning every single Brethren into a tiny thermal bomb. At the last second she pulled out of her host dialing his thermal regulator just as the whole compound exploded around him.

"Impressive." Ophelia said with a smile as she watched the sensors both monitoring the surface and Kinsey herself. She lacked only some first hand readings of her using her powers on a scale like this, she knew Kinsey could do it, but they needed the data and the readings... were phenomenal. She could feel the death, the chaos... the cool cool chaos of a group of 'fearsome warriors' being reduced to nothingness. The confusion and agony of their final moments was almost orgasmic. Ophelia had to stop herself from gasping audibly as she felt the waves of death she felt rippling though the Iljuna.
"Now Kinsey... sink the entire region."

Kinsey raised her hand and stretched it out toward the planet right where the base was located. Her mind reached out along the same path drifting down and down until it seemed to reach down into the planet itself. Just like when the Brethren ships at Thessia Kinsey pulled this way and that. Except instead of metal they were the tectonic plates in the planet’s very surface, and they weighed a hell of a lot more.

Blood trickled from Kinsey’s nose the harder she focused. Her irises were so dark they had almost turned black to match her enlarged pupils. She gritted her teeth as she pulled against that spot and when it gave, she pushed against it with everything she had.

Kinsey slumped against the airlock door her vision dark around the edges. She didn’t need to hear Ophelia’s joy to know she’d been successful or too successful she could see the damage from space. Thankfully, no one else inhabited the planet. The Brethren didn’t share with anyone. Fuck them she’d destroy the entire planet if it got rid of them.

[Ophelia]

The planet cracking and splitting from the tectonic plates being wrenched and triggering earthquakes planetwide was enough to make Ophelia cry out a 'YES!' as she witnessed the utter devastation. It was so raw and primal, watching bits of the surface just flake off into space, the atmosphere just burning away what was once a habitable planet. The entropy of it all, where only minutes before there was life and now... utter death. Just cold, black death. And she could feel the anger and darkness radiating off of Kinsey.

"You did well." Ophelia said, unable to hide her joy. "Truly you are a destroyer of worlds and with what we've gathered... we can duplicate it."

“I’m sure your father is so proud.” Kinsey said dryly as she straighten. She tried not to stagger as she moved away from the airlock door but she was exhausted.

[Ophelia]

"Oh quite proud but more... about what you just accomplished in the long run." Ophelia said as she opened the door and gestured, using the iljuna to move her wheel chair and looked out the window with Kinsey. "You've now proven to the remaining Brethren... that we have a means to end them if they betray us." she gestured to the world that was slowly disintegrating. "You've ripped apart an entire planet. Without launching a single weapon. From orbit. No warning. Just cold justice. Like a goddess."

“I’m not a god.” Kinsey said. “And they deserved it.”
