[Jack Ryder]

"Dominus and Ophelia are coming... should we get dressed?" Jack said as he sipped his tea. "Not that I really care anymore... "

[Kinsey Calhoun]

“No,” Kinsey said as she sipped tea. “I’ll dress when I feel like it.”

[Jack Ryder]

Jack kissed her shoulder and smiled. "Tease him a bit." he chuckled. "I like it."

[Kinsey Calhoun]

“How much?” She inquired with a mischievous grin.

[Ophelia]

"As much as you want to do. Goddess." Jack said and kissed her again.

The door opened and Ophelia walked in ahead of her father. Her high heels clicking along the floors. "I hope we weren't... interrupting anything?"

"We thought you both deserved a reward." Dominus said and looked at Kinsey. "You look comfortable."

"She looks like a woman who just went ten rounds." Ophelia said and crossed her arms. "Crushed one of the Acolytes into a ball hmm?" she mused asshe used the iljuna to pick up the metal ball Jack was playing with earlier. "Seems your combined powers are rather impressive."

[Kinsey Calhoun]

“What can we do for you Ophelia?” Kinsey inquired as she sat her cup on the table letting the blanket slip slightly. “Come to run more tests?”

[Ophelia]

"Just making sure you weren't scheming behind our backs." Ophelia said and rolled her eyes slightly. "As if you'd jeopardize our deal."

"I must say... childbirth did nothing to your figure... or my daughter's reconditioning." Dominus said and looked at Jack. "You have a rather... assured look about you boy."

"Not a boy... and of course I do. Between us... we're too dangerous for you to cross." Jack said. "And for the record, the lady has made her choice."

"Bellatrix would have my balls for earrings if I even dared." Dominus said and put his hands up.

"You've evolved... we're about a day's travel away from a planet we need to destroy. Inhabited by backwards savages, barely worth even the Federation's time." Ophelia said and looked at her father. "Crack open the planet so we can harvest the core and minerals."

[Kinsey Calhoun]

“I think Bellatrix could careless what you do in your spare time.” Kinsey said as she slipped out of the bed to refill to tea cup. “There was a time when you couldn’t resist bending me over a table and fucking me. Of course I’m not K’n’zy the slave. Trying to bend a Kinsey Calhoun over a table didn’t go so well for you did it? Made you feel that one did she?”

Kinsey laughed as she picked up the tea pot and filled her cup.

“I’ll be ready to break your little planet. Just make sure your little interns know that if they can’t keep it in their pants they’ll end up like that. We don’t share.”

[Ophelia]

"I will let them know." Ophelia said with a slight smile.

"You're right about Kinsey Calhouns... those are so hard to break. Now about this planet... " Dominus said as he removed his kilden from his hip. "The crystals that power these are capable of destroying worlds... when properly focused. I've been searching for elements that would give me similar results. I've found that in the deep cores of certain worlds of a certain age, size and chemical makeup."

"You see Jack... Kinsey... we're as much scientists as we are warlords." Ophelia said as she put a case on the table. "Portable replicator. Just makes clothes and food items. No weapons, no tools, not even metal jewelry. Not that either of you need weapons, but... one cannot be too careful. You're both more or less... independent contractors. You perform, we reward you. You don't... then we start taking away things. We know what you were talking about earlier. When we no longer have need of you. We can drop you two off somewhere and leave you both alone. That IS a promise." she sat next to them on the bed. "Respect is earned not given, but as I can sense... you two are worthy of that. Until you are needed, you can remain together here. As guests. I will make sure none treat you as anything less than that."

"If they do... we add a few more balls to the collection." Jack said coldly.

"If they do, I'll do that for you." Ophelia said just as coldly.

"I don't dare speak for my wife but I believe that is fair." Jack replied and looked at Dominus. "Is that... a twinge of fear mixed with arousal?" he raised an eyebrow.

"You... are a lucky man Jackson." Dominus said with a smirk.

"Oh I am and it's simply Jack. Jackson is the other guy. The one that couldn't bloody well keep it in his pants." Jack said and cocked his head to Ophelia. "You would do well to emulate MY father if you are so interested in being a counter to him. The secret to his success... he found other people who were good at what they did and treated them as family. And let them do what they were good at. You called me a brother Ophelia... I can accept that. Not that I would consider your father my own... not after what he did to Solara. Although I do sense that Bellatrix has smoothed a few rough edges. That may actually help you from meeting the same fate as the others that opposed the Ryder Clan."

"I am... pleased to hear you say that Jack." Ophelia said and touched his cheek. "There is much we can learn from each other. Now that your minds are both open to new possibilities."

[Kinsey Calhoun]

“Yes new possibilities and new plans.” Kinsey said as she sipped her tea. She was relaxed but alert as she watched Opehlia and Dominus closely. They both new what they were getting when they put the two of them together, yet they didn’t seem to care. It was a gamble just to think one planet would be enough to protect them. Considering she could kill them and everyone on this ship with a thought. Truthfully, she was bored with the dance and that was always K'n'zy's problem, boredom. “As for learning well…your father appears he has something he needs to take care of first.” Kinsey added with a smirk.
