“Clint, I suggest we get our asses out of here.” Mac said as the ship rocked violently. “Or we might not have a ship left to leave in.”

"Yeah we're losing shielding by the second." Tali said and tapped a control that should have fired torpedoes. "The fu... annd we're already out of torpedoes... seriously? This thing only a had thirty torpedoes?"

"It's an Intel ship not a war ship." Clint replied. "JT... get us out of here... warp whatever the hell we've got."

"Warp 9.398... Punching it." JT reported as the Viper left the system and then dropped out of warp beside Director Decker's ship. "What in... warp won't spool back up?"

"Ah... we took damage to the coils on that last hit." Clint rolled his eyes. "Decker, we need a tow... Mac... check on your mother."

“No,” Mac said coldly.

[Tali’Zorha]

"I'll go." Tali said and put her hand on Mac's shoulder. "I can defend myself against her if I have to." she looked at JT. "How come Zeke's piece of crap is still in one piece?"

"They didn't get hit by how many exploding ships?" JT defended himself.

"Hey Clint... need a tow?" Zeke snickered over the comm.

"Shut up Zeke." JT muttered.

"We let JT pilot." Tali said with a laugh.

"That figures." Zeke nodded his head. "So did you get everyone you could?"

"We got Kinsey, I'm going to check on her... but we somehow didn't get Jack." Tali said and looked around. "That whole region of space is unstable, whoever's still in that mess is going to be messed up."

[Kinsey Calhoun]

Kinsey paced her cell. She couldn’t sense anything beyond the forcefield, nor could she use her kinetic abilities. They had a psionic blocker turned on and it was giving her a slight headache. It also put her on edge. Her connection to Jack was blocked and it reminded her to much of the time before when she thought she'd killed him. She didn’t know where he was only that he wasn’t there with her. Did he make it to the Pod? Was he still on Dominus’ ship? Did they beam him into a different part of the ship? Was he dead?

"Sorry about the psi block level, but we can't exactly just take chance. Destroyer of Worlds..." Tali said as she walked into the brig area and crossed her arms. "K'n'zy... how could you... entire worlds? I... I thought you were better than that. I thought you and Jack were the better ones. You two were the only ones with any shred of decency and and... you... you both just shredded that all to hell. Grozit Kinsey how could you!"

“Where’s Jack!” Kinsey yelled as she spun around to face her mother, there was a panicked look in her eyes. “Did they leave him there?”

[Tali’Zorha]

"I don't know we were only able to grab you and the other captured Alliance brass." Tali said. "We picked up other transport signals, but we're talking about you." she pointed at her. "I wish I could say 'I thought I raised you better' but I didn't raise you... this is my fault. I should have tried harder to find you... I sensed your father during all that... I don't know if he was trying to stop you or what... but... " she wiped the tears from her eyes. "Tell me... why did you destroy entire worlds?"

Other transport signals…so they didn’t have Jack. They must have intercepted her transport signal at they were beaming to the pod. That meant Jack made it and he wouldn’t stop until he found her. Letting that information sink in Kinsey allowed herself to relax and sat down on the cot.

“It was the Brethren.” Kinsey said as if that explained everything as. “They deserved it.”

[Tali’Zorha]

"Grozit... I thought those homeworlds seemed familiar... so... they used those monsters to scare everyone and now... they're wiping them all out?" Tali looked at her incredulously. "That must mean they have figured out something far worse. What were you thinking?! I thought you and Jack were smart! They're going to murder a lot more people because of this now."
