She sighed, "They are us Nicholas. Not in any meaningful way, but I suspect when the chips are down that is when they hit their stride. Now, is the time to strike. Keep them on their heels, not sitting here talking about what to do next."

[Isabella price]

"Oh we're not." Bella said as she stood. "We're amassing our fleet and gathering allies. I'll let Nick fill you in on the details. Everyone else knows what they need to be doing. So I think we can adjourn.”

[Nick Ryder]

"Right, we were more just discussing what to do about Kinsey and Jack, but we've pretty much agreed that for now, they're being left alone. As for Dominus and Bellatrix, we just needed to see if we actually had any other plans than what we've already worked out." Nick said as he stood up. "That's why Angel or Rexi weren't here. Tigris-A is leading a wing with the Marines. The Kitea is working with the Romulan... sigh... Raptor Wing... that name is so damn on the nose."

"Hey I told them that... do y'think they'll listen to me even though I'm married to a Romulan?" Malcolm shrugged his shoulders.

"I WAS considering taking OG Tigris but Mrs. Ryder reminded me that I really need to stay 'in house' for this one." Nick cleared his throat. "But yeah we're going to finish what Jack and Kinsey started, Nicole really shouldn't have gone out... two Intelligence Directors in the field... " he gave Clint and Decker both looks. "But... she was able to assess the area and send back plans to us." he looked at Jon.

"And we formulated our response and got it deployed in less than 24 hours. BUT what did weigh more heavily were two of our own that matter a lot to us being world killers. We'd be remiss if we didn't discuss it and how it worked with our plans." Jon replied and closed his eyes. "I still cannot believe it. I can believe her killing a ton of Brethren, hell I'd be there right beside her... after what they did to Thessia while we were on it... but genocide... isn't exactly like mowing down soldiers."

"But their evolution has taken them out of our real control, safer to let them take themselves off the board." Noonian added. "At least for now, which is why we're going to find out a bit more about them, because... while they may not intentionally harm us, they may do it unintentionally."

[Isabella price]

Bella left them to talk and pulled her Dad aside.

“Hey why don’t you come over for dinner tonight and bring Kaitlyn and James. It’s been awhile since we’ve done that might be fun.”

[Rebecca Talon]

"I'm in." Rebecca said definitely. "I'll contract Captain Sunstrider, and I'll lead a company of Jase'dasis Knights on board the Erebus within a few hours. How about our allies? The New Federation in? And what about the Imperium? I'll talk to the Narlins if need be. This new emperor of theirs is isn't exactly on my side, but a great deal of Narlins will still listen, and in the end Stormrage will have to listen."

[Clint Cross]

"Consider it a date Bells." Clint replied and gave her a hug. 'Hey I know things have been a little... you know since your mom... but we'll get through it." he kissed her cheek. "You were right before, I still have the both of you to remind me of her. Which isn't a bad thing. It'll be nice to pretend at least that we're a normal family."

Nick was momentarily distracted by the Price/Crosses but then turned his attention back to Becca. "Mom told me that Lucy and Kaikoa are in with whatever we plan, they have a considerable ax to grind considering that Lucy WAS pregnant and Dominus sterilized them both. New Federation is extreme back up... I mean, they have less ships and man power than even the 414th. But they'll be a good spoiler in case we run into problems." he crossed his arms. "Narlins would be a massive help but after the arguments Stormrage has had with all of us, and the fact that Alpha Section is made up of ex Pat Narlins... that kinda tells me that if they do want to help he's backed into a corner."

"Aye, they're Allies, but they're not friends... not like it was with Stormtalon. Miss that guy. Only one that could beat me in a round of golf." Malcolm said with a with a half smile.

"That's because you suck at it." JT chimed in. "You roll your shoulder too much, if you'd do what we told you... your game would improve."

"And this is coming from a guy who only last year thought golf was 'stupid'" Nick said and chuckled. "Hey it wasn't my first choice, but it kinda grows on you. I miss Magnus too. The new stealth cruiser I'm building, it's going to be named after him, Stormtalon class and the first ship will be the Emperor Magnus Stormatlon. And if Stormrage doesn't like it, he can kiss my ass."

[Rebecca Talon]

"Me too, but I miss Kahlina more. That poor girl only knew hell and when it finally starts to look up for her, Stormrage pulls his shenanigans. That said, Narlins are part of the Alliance, and they are honor bound to live up that that obligation. Maybe I'll have the Erebus swing by Talaria and remind the emperor of that. There's rumor that at least some of the Klingon Empire is on our side. Any truth to that?"

"Yeah Clint managed to get House Martok to back us up. Noella brokered it but Clint set it up." Nick said and crossed his arms. "I'm dubious about how useful they'll be, given that for the past what? Six years they've been either running raids and trying to undermine us or outright attacking. But... I always kinda liked Martok back in the day. Better than creepy bug eyed Gowron. We used to have a poster with his face at his wildest up at my office at the ASDB with a little caption 'DID YOU DO YOUR TRIPLE CHECKS PATA'Q?!"

[Rebecca Talon]

Rebecca laughed, "That was a simpler time." She sighed, "I'm going to head home. I got a pair of kids waiting on me. I'm tempted to take them on the Erebus with me, but we're going into a war zone. They'll be better off with Trinity, since I'm assuming Angel is involved."
