[Clint Cross]

Clint nodded his head. "I will never entirely let you go. But I'll try to do right by this new Selene... and hey Hot Sauce... put in a good word for me when the time comes huh?"

[Selene Cross]

“Always.” Selene replied. “Goodbye Clint.”

[Clint Cross]

"Goodbye Selene." Clint said and then found himself gasping for air and feeling like lightning went through him. "Yaaaaghhh!"

"Welcome back Clint." Tess said with a smile as she fixed her hair and wiped the sweat from her brow. "These old Widow's Bites come in handy as emergency defibs." she looked at Selene and then back to Clint. "Almost lost you both. Got to Selene just in time before she ended up like you, helps that she's a full augment."

"What... what caused it?" Clint asked as he looked down and blushed as he saw his erection. "Uhm..."

"You were dead for a little less than a minute, it's expected." Tess said and smirked. "So what were you two drinking?"

[Liara]

“A new kind of homebrew.” Selene said handing Tess the empty bottle as she tied the belt on her silk robe. She winced a slightly as the robe brush against her skin. It was still sensitive but not nearly as painful. “Joe said Kinsey used some kind of herb from Thessia which made it green. Is he going to be alright?”

[Tess Ryder]

"Once you both detox you should be fine." Tess said as she scanned her. "Drink some milk to help neutralize the herbs." she took a small sip of what was in the bottle. "Ohhhh I know what this is. I remember Inara mentioning something about a 'blue tea' that she gave to couples, but I wonder if the alcohol in Homebrew caused a reaction or... if it was always meant to increase sensitivity in partners, but you two both being augmented it just amped it up all the way. And then you both kept drinking it right?"

"Yeah..." Clint rubbed his head and sat up. "So... Kinsey gave us some bad homebrew?"

"No, it's 'good' but not for people like and Selene. At least not as much as you both drank." Tess said and handed Clint some pants. "It's a good thing Selene still had enough clarity of mind to call me in before you both passed out, you two could have died." she put a sensor on Selene and looked at her tricorder. "Lung function will improve soon, just keep taking deep breaths."

"I saw my Selene... when I was dead." Clint said as he was still trying to catch his breath and get the room to stop spinning. "Told me it wasn't my time."

[Liara]

"Well it's not." Selene said with a raised eyebrow as she sat down on the edge of the bed. "You're sure he's going to be fine? No brain damage?"

[Tess Ryder]

"No more than usual." Tess teased with a smirk.

"Oh ha ha." Clint deadpanned and shook his head. "Okay that was a little funny."

"I have footage of you doing this weird dance and flailing your arms going 'party like a Hawkstar' when Bella was in recovery after Bartyn bombed her house. It was sweet if a little weird." Tess said with a smile. "You should be fine, but I would like you both to call me if you have any side effects or just come see me. I'll keep this under my hat as it were. Because then I am positive that the rumors among the agents of how you 'killed' Clint will never end. Course we could blame it all on Kinsey."

"Yeah right... then everyone will be drinking that stuff. It did taste really good." Clint said as he looked at Selene. "Oh geez... I hope Joe and Tali aren't drinking that."

"Joe isn't augmented, at least not like you two and Tali, she's a Xenexian, they can handle things that would kill a normal person and by normal I mean 99 percent of the universe." Tess said as she put her tools away.

[Liara]

"Thank you, Tess." Selene said softly.

[Tess Ryder]

"Told you I'm just a call away." Tess said as she smoothed out her dress. "So you two will probably still have an overabundance of energy, I might suggest working out in the gym in the lower level." she chuckled lightly.

"We'll do that." Selene reassured her.
